Open the security certificate
Change Keychain from Icloud to System
Enter your Mac Password.
Enter the certificate password from the email.
Select System.
Open the Connecting Consciousness certificate.
Expend ‘Trust’ and select Always Trust
Next click the red x and insert your mac password.
Next open the private key with your name.
Select Access Control.
Insert your mac password.
You may wish to take note of your username. You will need to enter it in the next step.
Select ‘Allow all applications to access this item.
Select ‘Save Changes’ and enter your mac username and password.
Next open up a web browser. I suggest Google Chrome.
But don’t try and use Safari with the CC database.
Copy and paste the database link from your email into the url bar of chrome
Upon visiting the site your certificate will be sent. Press OK to proceed.
It would be useful to bookmark this website to make it easier for you to return later.
Copy and paste your database username and password and then click Login.
Press OK to permit the use of the certificate.
Allow Chrome to save your username and password.
You will find your security certificate in the email sent to you. Open the certificate to proceed.

Next open up a web browser. I suggest Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. In this example I will use Google Chrome.
Copy and paste the database link from your email into the url bar of chrome. Upon visiting the site your certificate will be sent. Press OK to proceed.

Copy and paste your database username and password from your email and then click Login.
Press OK to permit the use of the certificate.
Allow Chrome to save your username and password.
Please remember that your security certificate password has been emailed to you.

Please note that your email address and password have also been emailed to you along with your database username and password (if applicable).
Please copy and paste the credentials from the email as to ensure they are accurate.

Please install TeamViewer if you would like me to connect to your computer (windows PC or a MAC) and perform the setup for you.
It is your teamviewer ID and password that you would need to send to us in order to perform the setup for you.
When installing TeamViewer please select the default option and there is no need to sign up or create an account with TeamViewer in order to use or install it.
